Q: Trying to Loose Legs Weight

Hey, I am a very active 19 yr old in many sports but my legs are too big! I hate them, I cant wear capris, shorts or skirts because I am so self concious. My tummy and arms are toned and fit but my legs are gross. Can someone help please!? I want to be able to go swimmin and I would love to wear a skirt or shorts this spring and I dont have much time to loose it. Please help!

I'd recommend indoor cycling, otherwise known as spinning. It's a great workout and it will tone your legs right up. It's hard at first, but if you stick with it the payoff is worth it.

I spin 3-4 times a week and my legs and ass are rock solid. It works!

it's a class that's taught on stationary bikes. Most gyms have the classes. It's definitely worth looking into. A quick google search will give you tons of information.
