Q: Small Bumps on the Scrotum and Penis...Do I have an STD?
asked by: DoctorQuestion on February 16th, 2006
This is kind of embarassing (hense the internet).
I am 22 and have thought that I have had an
std for as long as I can remember. Some
questionable events took place when I was
younger and have been afraid to become
sexually active because of a possible std.

I have small bumps all over my sack and
on part of my penis mostly the lower part.
They are constant and I do not believe they
change. As far as I know it could be the roots
to my hair. Any knowledge would be appreciated.

It is hard to identify a skin ailment without a visual examination. Because you've experienced those “small bumps” for as long as you can remember and they don’t grow or spread... I don’t think that it is some kind of STD. However, you can go to a dermatovenerologist for an expert opinion. There is nothing to be ashamed of; medical professionals can help you.
