I dont know whats going on with me. I have been having white discharge and some brown too. My vagina has been itchy and burning part of the time. Idont know if I have a yeast infection or something else. I dont know anything about yeast infection, what to do or what to take. My boyfriend and I tryied looking on the internet and found out it could be a sign of pregnancy, or yeast infection, or it could be normal but it realy didn't help. I dont have other signs of being pregnant. So if anyone could please help me.

It sounds alot like a yeast infection to me. I hate that burning and itching!!!

There are good over the counter creams that you can try. Just be sure to read the directions carefully and use it as they recommend. Some of the creams you have to use for three days and some for seven.

Also, to help prevent yeast infections in the future - eat yougurt and drink cranberry juice on a regular basis. Also, be careful not to get perfumy creams, lotions, powders around your vagina.

Yeast infections are not fun but they are a normal part of a woman's life. I don't know any woman that hasn't had at least one in her life. They aren't contagious, your bf won't get it from you but sex is probably very uncomfortable at the moment.

If the over the counter product doesn't help you out, call the doctor.
