Hi,
im on the pill because my period was realy bad ( I am sexualy active, but I went on it 4 my period), and I would throw up, now whenever I have a bath or swim in a hot pool thins bring os my period even though im on the pill. Does this mean I need a higher hormone pill? My friend gave me her old one but I think I shld go to the doctor before staring it?? Please help.

For example, I got food poisining, and so I had a hot shower, I was feeling feint (low bloud sugar I think) so I sat down and had the water pounding on my tummy, it helped that but then when I got out I got my period straight away, and painfully! I take my pill at the same time every day and never miss it.
Please help!!
