On the foreskin area below the head, around half of the surface area is covered in dead flaky skin, someones rubs off but has been permanantly there for years, I do not use soap while washing.

Also my foreskin is too long and covers the head and more meaning I hav eto peel back when urinating.

Quite often there is a smell from it, i'm pretty sure it is becuase of atleast 1 of the above.
