I have a pimple of sorts on my butt. It has been there for about 1 1/2 months now. It is right on the butt right next to the crack. I can feel the lump in there and can sometimes squeeze out some blood but nothing else. Is this something I should be concerned about and seek professional help or is it something that will just go away?

It sounds to me like you have an abscess. You can get these for various reasons but do get it checked at your gp. An abscess is an infection which will swell up if not treated with an antibiotic. You will feel it swelling into a large lump and then it will pop.But it might take a a week or so before this will happen. Blood will drain from it then and some pus will flow out. It will be painful!
