Q: Small White Bumps

Hi, a few years ago I noticed 4 white bumps on my penis, just onder the front of the head but not quite low enough to b on the shaft, they never hurt or anything and they didnt bug me, I was wondering if someone could tell me what they are. I have not had sex so I dont think they are an std, I am 15.
