Q: Do I Still Have a Yeast Infection...discomfort During Sex?

This is my first time asking a questions on the forum. I had a bladder infection and was treated with an antibotic which in turn gave me a yeast infection. I took a first dose of diflucan and most of the symptoms went away. However, I was still have some symptoms so I took one more dose. I am not experiencing itching anymore and have never had a discharge during my yeast infection. However, I am feeling discomfort during sexual intercourse. I have been worrying about this infection for so long now I am not sure if it's the reason I am feeling pain during intercourse or if it's just not gone yet? Is is possible I could still have the yeast infection with no symptoms other then discomfort during sex? I just started my period and I am hoping this will clean out my system and I will be back to normal soon. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Your discomfort during sex could be a result of the bladder infection if it's not healed as of yet. If the infection is totally healed, wait for 8-10 days and if the discomfort continues go to your doctor to make sure it's not serious.
