Anyone had there heart rate just for no reason go above 100?... This has been starting to happen to me almost on a daily basis now. Usually i'm setting when this happens. Not feeling overly anxious. Took almost 4 hours to get it down below 100 yesterday. Chest aches when this happens. Blood pressure has been higher then normal as well. Usually i'm at 115 over 60 something at rest. Now with the heart racing it gets to about 136 over 80. And also a episode of a sudden extremely fast heart rate like 200 beats a minute that lasted for 5 seconds with a quivering feeling in the center of my chest...That then abruptly stopped with a thud. Anyone had any experiance with this type of thing.? It's new for me & scaring the bejesits outta me. Hubby keeps saying it's panic/anxiety attacks. I'm not really sure what it is at this point.

I do not have a history of heart disease, 33, 110 pounds. They are putting a holter monitor on me tomorrow to see why I have been getting arythmias.
