Q: Can I Become Pregnant if One Ovary has been Removed?
asked by: DoctorQuestion on February 13th, 2006
I have had 2 Eptopic pregnancies on my left side, they have not removed either of my tubes. The prenancies were 10 years apart my first being when I was 19. I have 2 children I have had one pregnancy since my last Eptopic. In 2004 I had a ovarian cyst on my right ovary and it ruptured when they went to remove it. What are my chances of getting pregnant again the "old fashioned" way?

Even if gynecologists remove an entire right ovary, women can still become pregnant if the left ovary and tubes are functional.
