Is Anyone Else Like Me? Headaches, Sinus, Tmj, Vision Auras, Posted: 02-13-06 14:53pm
Hi,
i am looking for answers. I have always
suffered from migraines with auras since I
was in 3rd grade. I am 40 now. It seems
like since I gave birth to my 2nd child
four years ago , i've fallen apart. I
feel like I am in a fog all the time,
something is on the outside of my vision.
I can see but I can't at times. Like an
aura but not.. My vision is not right.I
feel at times like a am seeing cross eyed.
Like my brain is not talking to my eyes.
. No Dr. Knows how to help me. I
finally went to an osteopath and he is
sending me for therapy. I just got a new
mouth guard for the tmj . Had two sinus
surgeries.
I have seen many drs. Ent. Ear
specialist, nose specialists.,
neurologist, optamologist, neuro op,
chiro, acupuncturist, homeopath, chinese
med. , .... No one helps.
I suffer with a constant headache between
the eyes. I have a pinch nerve in my
neck, and tmj from car accidents. I feel
like i'm in a fog and I am dizzy and
suffer from nausea all the time. I am
spinning all the time. But once in awhile
I get the woshes of dizziness like I am
going to pass out then it goes away. I
can't see all that well. I stopped
wearing my glasses as much as I am suppose
to, I am near sighted and starting to be
farsighted . I have spots off and on and
lots of veins or floaters.,and light
bothers my eyes. I tried medications but
they all made my heart race. I have a
mitral valve problem,no biggie but I
can't take meds. I want a natural cure.
I want to find the cause. Why after
having my 2nd kid has it gotten worse.
Esp. The dizzy and vision. Feels like
something , pressure is on the edges of my
eyes. Any advise. Has anyone experienced
this?
I just want to be normal. I watch my diet
and we eat nothing but organic or try to .
No wheat or migraine triggers. As long
as I eat at home , I seem to do well with
the migraines and keeping them away. I
am also into natural and eco friendly. I
have tried taking all toxins out of my
home too. Any advise.?

Hi there! Sorry to hear of all of your
problems! Have you had a brain mri , is
your blood pressure o.K.? Do they want
to do anything about the pinced nerve in
your neck? I too have floaters and a lot
of veins in my eyes, I plan to see a good
eye dr the 1st of march, their are times
that I cannot see at all and times things
are real blurry, very light sensitive, I
do weaar reading glasses for like the
phone book and things like that and yes I
do get dizzy andd I do fall a lot but that
is because of another medical condition.
Have you ever had your eye pressure
checked, of course my Dr. Swears I have
ms and now he is thinking it might be
optical neuritis or something like that
which also comes from having ms but my
brain mri was fairly normal. Can I ask
you, do you have pain? I used to have a
lot of migranes but they but they have
slacked off, I do understand the
foggyness. Do you feel like sometimes
that you might be having light strokes or
seizures. Get back to me on the pain, I
might be able to help you out.

Thanks for your response. Yes I have
pain. Neck, jaw and between eyes. I was
told opical migraines. But no they don't
know how to get rid of it. I feel like an
experiment at times. I need a new
neurologist. Mine has been trying to
figure it out for 2 years now. Sorry to
hear of your troubles. My test have come
back that I am healthy too. All my mri's
show is that I have had migraines. The
white matter issue. Anyhow. Maybe one
day we'll have an answer. Wish my
issurance covered more natural and
acupuncture . They don't in fl.
