Hi - I am 10wks pregnant with my first. So far I have been feeling great. Almost too great. We saw the baby's heart beat at 7 wks (140 bpm) and at that point I had almost no symptoms other than a missed period. Here I am three weeks later and I still feel good (a little tired and a stuffy nose). I see the Dr. Tomorrow. Anyone else experience little to no symptoms?

Not a Lot of Symptoms
Thanks ladies - it's one of those things - I wish I felt sick so I knew the baby was there. My husband keeps saying to be positive. So, guess I will find out tomorrow. And I will keep on assuming that if something was wrong I would be cramping and spotting. Neither of which, thank god, is happening.

Just a little scared since I had one mc and this is my first pregnancy at 39!

If it makes you feel better, in my first trimester even with all the symptoms that I had I still didn't truly believe that I was pregnant.
