Eating Disorders Answer A465
Loss of appetite doesn’t always mean that a person will be diagnosed with an eating disorder. According to your data about height, sex and age your ideal weight is 49kg. Loss of more than 10% of ideal weight is considered "underweight". In your case you’ve lost approximately 12% of your ideal body weight. Measuring the perimeter of the arm and thickness of the skin there help nutritionists determine mal/nutrition.
There are several laboratory analyses that can help diagnose eating disorders as well: creatinin in urine for 24 hours, transferin level in blood, blood albumin, number of lymphocytes, skin sensitivity tests, complement(C3)-level etc. Rather than taking a test online, you might consider going to your doctor's office for medical examinations. You can discuss levels of confidentiality with the office staff before your visit.

If you feel that you are fat when you are at healthy weight or are underweight and if you have a fear of gaining weight and if you do not eat a lot and feel that you have to control what you eat and if you are very obsessive about calorie counting and food restriction and exercising then it sounds like you have an eating disorder. If you type in symptoms of anorexia or symptoms of bullimia in to google they will have websites that give you a list of symptoms, if you have those symptoms (you may not have all of them but even if you have some of them) please please go to the doctors and tell them that you think you might have an eating disorder. Because eating disorders are so dangerous. Even if something inside you tells you not to go and see a doctor DON'T listen to it because it is probably the voice of an eating disorder telling you not to go. Even if you are not underweight but have some of the symptoms please go and ask the doctor anyway. Do it for your loved ones and for yourself. Because no one deserves to have an eating disorder. No one. xxxxxxx love Lucy
