Six weeks ago (i remember the exact day) I was shopping with my my girlfriend (i am male 34yrs old) when suddenly I felt my head become cloudy and my vision became slightly cloudy as if there was a film over my eyes. Since then I have noticed that my short term memory has become really bad. This is very worrying as I used to have an excellent memory. My concentration is no longer as good as it was. I sometimes use the wrong words and have problems remembering the names of things. I also started getting headaches especially behind my eyes. In six weeks I have gone from being a confident, outgoing person to a reclusive bed ridden person with no interest in anything. I have also been experiencing temperature abnormalities( my left feet colder than the right)
i have also had muscular pain in my upper arm, neck, shoulder and chest. I have had several blood test all came back normal. My gp has written to a neuro but it may take months to see one. Does anyone has a clue as to what is going on especially regarding the sudden and dramatic onset of symptoms? I was of the impression that a vascular disorder such as a stroke is probably the only condition that can occur this sudddenly but I was told by the doctor that I did not have a stroke as I did not have any other symptoms like numbness or slurred speech. All advice really appreciated.
