Alot of women have abnormal paps, so don't worry too much about it. They test for cells that may or may not develop into cervical cancer. It takes years for abnormal cells to develop that far so if you are having regular paps I wouldn't worry about it.
I had an abonormal pap test and I told the doctor I wanted to have a baby. He said that was fine... No treatment necessary and I should go back and have the test repeated after having my baby.
Pap smears do not test for std's. If she suspected you were pregnant, surely she would have told you when she was doing the pap smear - and probably the same if she saw signs of an std.
Because you have just started taking bc that might be throwing your periods out of whack.
Don't stress if its an abnormal pap smear. They are really common.
