Q: Uncircumcised Penis Help

Hi, i'm 19 and up until about six months ago I had never fully retracted my foreskin. After finding, and cleaning away quite alot of mess, I found some small, hard, "flakes" (for lack of a better word) that would not be cleaned away. They are located on the underside of the upper rim of my penis head, and are only on about 1/4 of the underside of my penis head. I tried scrubbing with soap and soaking in a bath, and trying to scrape them off gently with my nail, but they stayed, and have since i've been regularly cleaning under my foreskin for the past couple of months. Does anybody know what this could be, and maybe also suggest a way to clean this, and any other build up that may be more serious after 18 years of never retracting my foreskin?

i also never pulled the foreskin back until I was 18. What you have is probably smegma. Is it still there? Be careful not to wash under the foreskin with soap or you will damage the sensitive inner skin. Just use water.
