can grilled chicken done on grill at home
affect tmj? My mom took the edges off so
it wouldnt be that tough. About 1-2 hours
after I ate it,i got pain on the sides of
my head and at the back of my jaw. Then
about 2 hours later I had no pain. From
like 5pm-7pm I was feeling pretty good.
There was some grilled chicken pieces left
in fridge and so around 9pm I put the
chicken in wraps with ranch sauce and had
2 of them. About an hour later I had pain
in my face and in my neck and in both
sides of my jaw area. Just general pain
all over my head.
Could grilled chicken do this even in
pieces?
Thanks

Anything that is tough to chew, like tough
or drier meat, can cause pain.
