Extremely eHealthy
Started b/c yesterday...After having my period from the 22nd-27th it was gone yesterday (completely) and now I am bleeding again. But I had sex on sat night. Could this be implantation bleeding or am I spotting because of the pills.

Jennifer ~
i have learned that after being on the pill for a few months, your period does change, at first. I would not recommend ortho tricyclen lo to anyone frankily, it have given me nothing but trouble. It is very important not to miss a day or you will screw up your period. I had missed mine one day and I ended up with a period for 10 days. Just stick through with it, it will pass and it is completly normal!!

I disagree, I think ortho-lo is the best kind of bc. Ignore the girl who posted before this. Clearly not very smart. Be careful and have fun. I lost weight on ortho lo feel great, missed a couple pills here and there in the past years and no change in period whatsoever.

Re : Orthocyclen...
I agree with mdw2004 .
I think your situation is normal and will get back to normal eventually.
I was on this pill and I don't recommend it to anyone.
I had so much problem, irregular bleeding, I could go on without having my periods for 3 months and then have it for 2 weeks..
I had terrible mood swings.
Now that i've changed pills everything is back to normal..

Its fine. I find ortho -lo to be the best. These girls may have other problems with their bodies and it has nothing to do with the pills...So maybe the should go to the doctors to check that out. Stay on ortho lo its the best girl!

Every women is different, and it will affect everyone differently, so you can't really make a decision on what others say, you have to find out for yourself. Ortho tri-lo is the only kind of bc ive tried, and im going on my 2nd year using it, and its been great. It could be the bc causing your weird period, and if so maybe something else would be better, or just stick with the ortho and see if it will get on track, its normal to have spotting the first few months, even though I didnt. If any major problems persist go to your doc asap. Good luck!
