Q: Arthritis in one limb ?

Is it possible to get some type of arthritis in only one limb? My right leg has just been burning in the thigh, right above the knee and that knee makes a crunching sound every time I stand up, also pains in the calf, thigh and hip area. I don't know if this is some type of arthritis, cuz my parents both had it when they were around 20 years old, and I am 20 right now. Any ideas?
