Q: Side Effects From Cardiac Ablation

Hey all,

i had a cardiac ablation back in sep of 1998 due to atrial flutter (i was 25). Ever since the procedure, ever time I lay down for any period of time, my left side just cramps up (it feels like my lung cramps). This pain started right after the ablation procedure while I was recovering (had to lay down 8 hrs for arteries to heal) and has been going on ever since.

When I stand up and stretch, 80% of the pain goes away. I am really tired of this pain (going on 8 years now). It messes up my sleep and is pretty painful.

Thanks
