Q: Masterbation Pain

I am 13. Whenever I ejaculate, it feels good for a while, but after 5 or so seconds, my anus starts to hurt. This has happend since the first day that I ejaculated. I am afraid to see a doctor about it. Is there anything I can do for myself instead?
