Hi there, I have noticed in the last 3 or four days that in the morning when I wake up I have a small amount of blood in my flem. Im 28 and do have a cold just now but I dont smoke, anything to be worried about? :shock:

Are you coughing a lot? If so, I don't think just a little is a huge thing to be worrying about...When I went to my doc for it, she said I shouldn't worry about it unless it's a lot or it becomes a constant thing all day. However, if it is worrisome to you, do what you think is best and what will give you peace of mind about it.
