Yes I have heard robitussin is good too...As long as u dont take anything that would "dry u up" in your nose it does the same thing inall mucus producing areas

Hey gals,
actually I am nursing a bad cold at the moment. The doc prescribe some drugs, like panadol and pseudorine( for decongestant) ..Etc and it is ok to take while you are preg or when ttc.

I just found out that I am not preggy. Period came today...:(

I will agree robitussin increases your chances of getting pregnant. Thats actually how I conceived, I found out I was pregnant on 2/15. I remembered taking robitussin with just the ingredient guaifenesin a few days before ovulation and bam I became pregnant. Maybe it was just a coincidence but I feel strongly it helped.

Debb - sorry to hear you got af.

If I ever ovulate, I am going to try the guaifensen. I think my dh actually has a prescription for that. I am going to check.

Could you be pregnant and spotting? I don't really know what it could be. Your doctor didn't have anything to say about it?

Hope you feel better soon! Let us know what's happening!

the Reasons
Hi boston,
i have checked with my gynea. He said that implantation bleeding/spotting occurs during implanation which is around 5-10 after ovulation. The bleeding/spotting is like the brown discharge but not a lot, only a few spots. If anyone has brown discharge, you may want to wait a few days before doing a preg test. It could be pregnant if you period is late or your period coming.

Anyway, I have my period this morning.

I am hopeful for next month...Fingers cross

I am trying to stay calm when I hear news about someone is preg. Some of my friends( causal) gave me that sort of look like I am infertile and they just gloat about themselves cos they've children. I really feel so bad and horrible. I am erally enxious about it and depressed quite often. My hubby is not helping either. I am not sure if the problems lies with him.....

Has he had his sperm checked yet? That is the first thing they did when we had been trying for our first for over a year with no luck.

Debb75 - we've been ttc for a while...About others being preg - I agree that it's sometimes hard to see others with little babies - this might sound anoying but I try to remind myself that their success doesn't make my situation worse...It doesn't give me less of a chance to conceive. The more babies the better :) I wish you the best - we're hoping for some success too!
