In article 15 on the www.Mcmanweb.Com site it states...

"in buying fish oil, make sure you receive a 90 percent concentration (in the past only 30 percent was available.) be sure it contains more epa than dha"

also, in the book 'the omega 3 connection' by Dr. Andrew stoll apparently it states that a significantly high ratio of epa:dha (at least > 5) is helpful for enhancing mood.

I have located two products that appear to have high ratios of epa to dha. In fact the puraepa has no dha.

Though i'm not sure if the o3mega joy has a 90 percent concentration, as refered to in the above article. I'm not too sure what is meant by 90% concentration. Would anyone here know...

Has anyone here tried either of these two products...? Thanks...!

Puraepa
