Q: Could I Be Pregnant?

I ovulated on jan 30/31st 2006. My husband and I had sex on the 31st. I had to go to the doctor for a check up and she took a urine test and blood test on the 6st of feb 2006. She said both tests came back negative. Also, since I accidently forgot to take four of my birth control pills this past week. :( now this afternoon, I went to the bathroom and noticed I had some light spotting. I have also woke up the past two nights feeling very sick to my stomach.

My questions are:

1) did the urine and blood test the doctor took on the 6th of feb, was that late enough to get an accurate result in pregnancy since it had only been six days?

2) with missing my bc pills, and now spotting, does that mean I am about to get my period, or does that mean just by spotting I can still be pregnant?

3) when would be a good time to take a pregnancy test, that would be considered not too soon to take one?

Hey

its too early to tell .. Im sorry but I read it twice before I said anything.. Try waiting missing your period.. Your hcg isn't high enough to detect if youre pregnant or not... Try again .. Because since youre spotting and all but try again when your period is actually due.. If you dont get it then test again but wait a while and test again.

Sorry but it was too early to tell .. It was only 6/7 days to tell if you are.. You supposed to wait 2wks or so .. To feel something.. I hope ihelped.. Talk to you later..

I agree--it is too early to pass .H.P.T. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks past missed period to get pos on a .H.P.T.

Well, yesterday while I was at my parents, I used the restroom and found some blood. I did miss five of my bc pills. I am still having some of the blood today. Its not as heavy as my periods were. Im still feeling sick to my stomach, tired alot, my breasts have been really sore lately. Ive had really bad headaches. So, now I dont know what to think?

The bc pills I missed were from tues - sat. 7th - 11th. Ive just been so focused on other things, I noticed it last night as I was getting something for my headache. So, I dont know if the blood is from missing my pills, or is it a light period? If its a light period, then why am I having all those symptoms? I have never had those symptoms with a period!

My lmp was jan 12, and it lasted til the 17th. It came in only my second week of being on the bc pills. Then when I got on the dummy pills it was jan 20. I started a new pack of pills on jan 27th. I still continued to take the pills through out my january period. I was off of them from jan 20-27 because it was the dummy pills.

I just dont know what to think now! Someone help me please!
