Do I Have Schizo?

Well, this was probaly started by the movie "beautiful mind" featured that guy that had this illness and imagined like 4 unreal people. This kind of made me scared and paranoid that I might have this. It isn't very often but sometimes maybe when like i'm walking down a hall and I feel scared that I might out of nowhere also imagine some fake person. It hasn't happened though.


I also have this wierd paranoia thing like when i'm walking away from a mirror I feel like i'm being watched.



I almost never get this stuff when i'm at mall, friend's house, school or in the backyard. When i'm around like parents or siblings it rarely happens too. Also recently it also has stopped for like couple weeks. Also about the mirror thing sometimes when i'm doing something else like puting on contacts I don't think of that paranoia. Ok thanks for any responses. Help is much appreciated.
(btw this started when I first watched the movie before that I was fine with everything.) if I didn't know that this type of disease existed I probaly wouldn't be scared of it. Thanks.


My paranoia with mirrors stemmed from scary movies and the like. Where the reflection just like attacks the main character or something similar.
