Hi I just had my son on the 26th of february and I can honestly tell you that I am scared to death of needles and I did not feel a thing..I did however still feel a lot of the labor pains..So don't count on a painfree delivery. Now my cousin danielle said that the spot that they put the epidural in has remained a problem for her and she had her daughter 3 years ago. She said it feels like an itching sensation and it never goes away. She said that scratching it doesn't help either...But honestly if I were you I would just have one. You will be glad ytou did, and thousands of women a day have it and nothing goes wrong and they will agree 100% that they would definitly get it again!! Good luck and happy delivery=) tiffany
