I am going to get straight to the point. Left leg and left hip. When ever I bend forever to pick something up thats when I feel my hip hurting like hell, so does my left ankle. I already went to the doctor and will be taking x rays and ct scans.

I have had a pinch nerve in my neck caused by football injuries. Also a small fracture or what not with my t7(i believe it was t7 maybe t5) in my neck.

When I sneeze of cough the my hip and ankles hurt like hell! So I try not to. When I sleep on my side I cant sleep and just wake up for some reason( I love sleeping on my side ).

Plllllz any things that will soothe some of my pain will be good. I work all day and cant take a break from it. It is work hours for school.

First and foremost, I feel your pain. I'm 26 and the whole sciatica pain started 2 years ago for me. It's off and on, but here's something you can do to help relieve the pain...

Go lay down on your bed (no pillow under your head). Get 2 pillows to put under your legs (close to your butt) to elevate your legs (relieving pressure off of your spine). Get a heating pad and put that down to cover the lower area of your spine. Take your anti-inflammatory drugs that your doc gave to you. If it's really bad, take the pain killer your doct gave you. If your doc hasn't given you any drugs ask about taking aleve, tylenol, or something. I know for myself I can take 2 aleve pills to equal a safe dose of an anti-inflammatory pill.

Don't expect the pain to be gone in minutes. Pop in a movie and lay there for a few hours or take a nap. This is the only thing that relieved any pain/pressure from that area.
