Q: Pregnancy Sxs Vs Bc Side Effects

Will there ever be a way to tell the difference between pregnancy sxs and the side effects of bc??!! I hate feeling like this and then getting my hopes up that it is because I am preggers..... And then I get that dredded bfn!!!
Oh well I guess I will find out my answer soon, anytime between tomorrow and next week. Any one have a way of differentiating these sxs?? I would love to know. Thanks, kellyj.
