I'm setting up a site called treat stds that has a collection of up-to-date std news from all over. What I think might be useful, however, is if users could rate and comment on the news itself. This way the most useful articles will be elevated and can be used to start conversation regarding current std issues. Would anyone here use that? Or are there any suggestions/additions?
