Q: Birth Control?

I have a question.. Im going on birth control this month, and then will be going off it.. How will I know, when im pregnant? This is hard to explain... If I were pregnant now.. Would the birth control have any effect on the baby?? I guess thats what im trying to say...

And I have been having a sore throat for the past week..Nothing is seeming to be helping at all! Im sure im not pregnant or anything, im having unprotected sex about every weekend... But I dont think a sore throat is a sign..Right?

U are not to take bc if u are pregnant... Im not sure what can happen but I dont think its good.
