I recently saw a urologist for what I believed was a hernia. He didn’t think I had a hernia, but thought I may have a variocele. I have an appointment for an ultrasound in a couple days. Has anyone had this done? What does it entail? Do you get an immediate result/physicians diagnosis? Any info would be appreciated

there is tons of information online about vericocele. nothing serious, its basically enlarged vains that get backed up with blood. you can have surgery to fix it but there are many things to consider, including age and weather you plan on having kids soon.
