My son is 4 yrs old hes been having thse big boogers in his nose that are real hard and they really hurt. There are really hard to just blow out and it hurts him to have them picked out. What is the cause for this I never seen anything like it. It happens like 2 or 3 times a day when he wakes up after he gets in from school are the usual times. Any input would be great
