Q: 18 Years Old - Erection Problems

Hello, i'm an 18-year-old male and i've had erection problems for 6 months now. I've been to ultrasound examinations etc that measure blood-flow and with an injected medicine I got an erection, and the doctors concluded that I have no erection problem.

However, the erection was only in the shaft, and this is the deal with all my erections. They are mostly only semi-hard, and blood won't stay in the head (spongiosum) part of the penis. I never have spontaneous hard erections that I notice, and my morning erections are also only semi-hard, and the head stays rather soft.

One might say "since the shaft works somewhat, what are you complaining?" well, when your supposedly erect penis feels like a thin stick because the head and the shaft's spongy part are soft and flat, it even makes masturbation more difficult.

What do you think this is? My hormonal levels (testo etc) are normal. So the main problem with my erections is that blood won't stay in the head... And overall weakened erection strength.

turning 19 - same problem
Hey dude, Im also experiencing the same problems... I hadn't gone to see anyone about it to get myself checked out.. but yeah I actually do get fairly decent morning erections (not every morning). That is a problem im trying to work out. Why do I get decent erections in the mornings and when it comes to having sex, my penis doesn't listen to me Razz its so frustrating... I cant get a proper erection when I need it.. and I also notice with myself that my mind tends to wonder off (I get distracted) hence I loose an erection fast.. but yeah.. I don't really get it hard enough to successfully penetrate in the first place.. Can someone suggest what I should do? I been thinking off getting myself onto some tablets they sell in health shops.. never tried it (yet..) but unless there is a solution, then I will have to take that avenue to artificially stimulate my erection before sexual intercourse.

Read up on kegal exercises, there numerous resources on this forum and on the net about them. They have been known to improve blood flow and erection strength after a while... But don't quote me on that Smile

Hey guys if your having trouble getting blood to the head of your penis try this, while you are laying on your back, weather you are masterbating or trying to have intercourse, start off by having your legs straight, and cross your legs at your ankles and squeese your legs together at your knees and try and force your feet together, i.e. force your right foot to the right and your left foot to the left, remember to have your feet crossed , and then while you are doing this tighten up your butt muscles as hard as you can and try to tighten the muscles as hard as you can between your anus and your base of your penis. if you try this you will figure it out pretty quick how to do it, it some how forces blood up your shaft and makes your head really large hard and really full of blood. you will really be surprised how much larger you get. I hope I was of some help
