In june last year I went to the docs with a pea sized lump on the top of my left testicle, I was also having lower back pain during the night and when I awoke, but put this down to having a bad bed/posture, the doc said it was probably a epidimal cyst, but didnt use the torchlight thing to get this diagnosis, since then the cyst has grown slightly and the lower back pain remains even though I purchased an expensive bed and posture pillow, more recently my testicle has increasingly ached more and more, and after further self examination I think I have found a lump on the right testicle which is painful too touch , although different in shape and size to the lump on my left testicle, I am also occasionaly getting sharp twinges in my lower back which occur at various times, and the lower back pain I suffer from during the night seems to be worsening
