Q: Weird Condition

I am a 23 year old healthy college student, but in the past month or so, I have been feeling not so good.

First it was the lack of appetite, then a little bit of fever which went away in a day or so, but I felt very tired (fatique). It ended for a few days, then came back, same thing, a bit of fever, lack of appetite...Etc.

Then this last week or so, I woke up feeling nauseated, ate some breakfast, but vomited, then came the dizziness and fatigue. Went to the doctors and she did not really know what is going on with me since I was not pregnant, and I have no pain in my abdomen.

And today, after eating lunch for a couple of hours, I felt fatigue, a little dizzy, and nauseated again, then I vomited and felt a little bit better, but what is going on with me? I really don't understand. Can someone help?
