Q: Is He Infertile?

My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex all the time. I hope one day that I get pregnant but it hasn't happened with him for 5 years! He doesn't cum inside me...He pulls out. Sometimes I rub some of his cum around...Hoping that some sperm will swim up and get me pregnant. Is that far fetched? What are the chances? He doesn't want a child right now ( maybe in like 8 months) but I know he would not mind at all if I were pregnant. I have gotten pregnant before but I never gave birth.

Your chances of getting pregnant will be markedly increased if he comes inside of you. If you're still having problems a year into trying with him coming inside of you, talk to your doc.
