I'am getting twinges and zap feelings in my lower back.What does that mean?I have 2 buldging disc in lower back for a year now

Hi there! I am no dr but it sounds to me like you are having spasms, do you have any pain? You might be pinching a nerve or nerves. If I were you I would go to the Dr. And possibly suggest to hin about maybe getting an mri especially if their is some pain.
