I think you should invite them. It would be a good time to meet her. You can even have a kind of game to introduce everyone. We just had my sister's shower and had everyone write down their name and one piece of advice for her and then go around and tell everyone what they wrote and how they knew my sister. If anyone in your family would feel uncomfortable or that it wasn't right, then they would just not come in the first place. Have fun with the shower!!
