Q: Hemeroids After Childbirth Now They Are Problem

After the birth of my last child which was a long time ago I developed an external hemeroid. Its been only problematic a few times but lately its become a real problem - bleeding, pain, swelling. I use preps but they work temporarily and want to have surgery.

Anyone can tell me what I should expect? Is this something that is done in-office or requires hospital? What is the healing time?
