Q: Another Possible Ms Question

My symptoms started 8 years ago with mono like symptoms. I had fever, swollen glands, severe sore throat and fatigue. Towards the end of this infection, I would have neurologic symptoms such as severe headaches. Mild weakness in my left hand and leg, mild weakness in the left side of my face, burning pains in my arms, light headedness, and muscle spasms in my thighs. Unlike mono, however, these symptoms would not go away. I would have relapses of the mono symptoms and the neurological symptoms about every month and they would last about 2 weeks. The neurological symptoms would not occur without the mono symptoms. Also, the neurological symptoms would not last more than a few hours each. Its like it cycled between the various symptoms for 2 weeks. After a year and a half of this, I finally had an mri with contrast and a lp, both of which were negative for ms and chronic meningitis. Fast forward to 2006, I had not had any symptoms since 2001. I recently had a baby and had a recurrence of my symptoms from 8 years ago, except the mono symptoms are very mild and the neurological symptoms are still present. However, they're the exact ones I experienced 8 years before. No new symptoms have appeared and they're cycling between the same 7 or 8 symptoms like before with none lasting more than a few hours each. Does this sound like it could be ms?
