I really need help!
I am trying to lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks, I am going on a trip to the beach with my bf and I am soooo fat! :(
i must lose the weight!
I've seen shows where people is able to lose 10 lbs in 1 week, I know it's not healthy and I know that the weight will come back soon after, but, if I can at least have those 20 lbs off for that week i'll be the happiest woman alive.
Any tips? Anyone has done this before?
I really need help, I wouldnt be writing this if it wasn't of such urgency!
