Q: Period 11 Days Early - Am I Pregnant?

I just got my "period" but it is 11 days early(this has never happened before i'm also very regular) but I have the symptoms. Could the test be negative because I took it to early and I didn't have it in my blood yet?? Or what might this be? Please help I m so scared
