Hi everyone, can anyone help me, my sister had really bad pain, so bad in her stomuch that they took her to hospital and she stayed in for a couple of days, where they were doing blood tests etc. She came out and with pain killers it gradually got better and went. One month later she had to go back for more tests, scans etc. They now tell her she needs to come back in 2 weeks for a sigmodoscopy and a barium enema. She is worried sick, can anyone tell me if it sounds like colon cancer? As anyone else had this, and eventually it was colon cancer. Our mum had it at 35 years and died so we are high risk. She had really bad constipation and sickness. She ate alot of red meat, and tomatoes/bananas, which they say now can help cause it. She did not smoke and was only slightly over weight.
