I am so worried. I eat and eat, and hardly poop at all. Maybe 1 every 5-6 days. I started fiberc--, 2 tablets 2 times a day 1 week ago and no help. I should feel horrible, with stomache pain and bloatedness, right? If you can believe it, I don't feel all that bad but have horrific gas. I am at my wits end. Where is all this food going? Lots of food. Help me, how can I get rid of it fast? I did a fleet suppository but only did a 1 1/2 inch hard bowel. I hate being graphic but need help fast because of course it can't stay in there.

I would say that is not normal, but maybe adding in some flax meal to your menu would be helpful, it is good to add to your morning cereal make muffins with or add to yogurt.. If nothing works you should see your dr about it... Or at least I would...

Hi there! Are you on any certain medications that could be causing this. I know that I am on some pain meds including morphine and sometimes this happens, their are times that I have to use m.O.M. Or magnesium citrate as I do realize not going can be just as bad as going too much but I am not a dr or am I recommending this to you. My suggestion is to you is that you might want to talk to your dr about this as their might be a medical problem and might even want to do a colonoscopy on you. Also, look at your diet, are you eating enough fruits and veg. And bran.
Good luck to you and let us know what you find out!
