I'm 17 years old and have noticed that since a year ago, my testicles have been able to twist and rotate, so that the spermatic cord is infront (mostly the right testicle).
It is not painful at all, and I can't say that it causes me much discomfort beyond an uncomfortable "tickle" in my abdomen area above the right testicle. When one of them twists, I always turn it back to it's normal state with the cord behind the testis. I understand the risk of torsion is increased, though I don't know by how much. Should I go to a doctor as soon as possible? Or have I little to worry about?
