The biggest question in your case is: ARE YOU OVULATING?! Pregnancy is impossible without ovulation. Your gynecologist can first perform examinations to confirm the existence/lack of ovulation. Hormonal analyses (FSH, LH, estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone, DHEA) and an ultrasound of the ovaries will help identify the presence/lack of ovulation. Further diagnostics and therapeutic steps depend upon these analyses.
