Q: Ast - High Levels

My nephew has very high levels of ast in the blood. His levels are 10 times higher than normal. Otherwise the blood test looks normal. Also, he has pains in the whole body, awful headache all the time, belly pains etc.
Doctors cannot tell whats wrong(he lives in bulgaria) and can't help. If anybody experienced something like that, please help.
