Q: Am I Working Out Correctly?

Im 5"10 180lb
i want to get bigger, reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, yada yada like the rest of you.
Im working out chest/shoulders one day, then arms another day. I do that twice. (four workouts). Then I do a day for legs. And the cycle continues
i am taking the myoplex protein shake after my workouts and creatine before.
Am I over working for my goal? Any suggestions?
