Spina bifida is not frequently caused by an eating disorder but is more frequently present since birth. This may be the case for you, wherein you have started to develop an eating disorder only in the past 3 months. According to your age, sex and height you should weigh around 60kg but you are 84kg. You might consider a program of proper diet and regular physical exercises, as the fatty liver might be related with your weight.

The swelling problem during eating might also be present in the esophagus itself (achalasia, diverticulum, stenosis). Nausea and bad taste in your mouth could be related with this. You can ask for help from an ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist. In order to learn more about the fatty liver you can request more information or a diagnostic lipid status (LDL, HDL and triglycerides) and blood sugar from your GP or internist. In order to diagnose and treat pelvic pain, you can visit your gynecologist. (A genital or urinary infection can cause such pain.)
